THE COMPANY
We’re a strategy-design and innovation consultancy based in Bologna. Few people with high level of professionalism working with companies around the world in a close partnership relationship. We’re a company large in capacity but small enough to give each project the time and a personalized approach, with a dedicated team.

The structure of VRD is flat matrix, only the first lines that work without coating system. It means that the people who talk to the company are the same people who carry out the project. The best guarantee to get the best results. Our team is supported by a professional network enabling the resizing and the integration of expertises in order to configure the best team for project challenges.
THE VISION
We define our approach as HYPER-COLLABORATION. It means involving people in the project and putting them in a new, virtuous state of collaboration, where diverse expertise and perspectives are working together to solve complex problems.
